cirQWizard expects your machine to be able to communicate with a computer via serial port interface (nowadays, mostly emulated over USB) using gcode.

It also expects machine bed to have registration holes for fixing PCB laminate to be machined. Two sizes of laminate are currently supported: 100×75mm and 100×160mm. Registration holes are expected to be located 5mm inward from all edges (that is, they form 90×65mm and 90×150mm rectangles respectively).

The software is packaged with default settings matching Cirqoid machines.

The software features a post-processor approach to generating G-Code and is packaged with post-processor matching the G-Code dialect used in Cirqoid machines.
